Loved ones from the other side send thoughts. I am finding myself comfortably staying in the present moment.
It appears that we live in a kind of an illusion or simulation and that we have significant control over our 3D reality, much more than conventional wisdom tells us. There is a part of our bodies and minds that knows outside of our conscious minds. Our futures are malleable, we can change them for the better.
